HOW DOES THIS WORK?
It’s simple! First, contact us via phone or email. Let us know what your needs are and we will set you up in the portal where you will be able to book, cancel and manage your services at the tip of your fingers. *Also, before your first Home Visit, we will set up a free consultation to meet and greet.
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE FIRST CONSULTATION?
It is a free scheduled visit to come meet you and your pet(s)! You will show us where food is stored, available leashes, kitty liter boxes, review portal, list emergency contacts and vets as well as discuss any home services you my need (mail, plants watered, etc). We want you to leave and have peace of mind that everyone and everything is being cared for like they are our own!
CAN WE MIX SERVICES?
Absolutely! For example. On Monday you might select one (30) minute walk. Saturday could be for two (40) minute house visits & one (30) minute walk. The beauty of the portal is that you can add or delete services to best fit your needs for your household. If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out, we’d love to help!
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE PET SITTER WAS THERE?
You can opt to use our free GPS check-in/out system to receive email updates that will tell you exactly when we arrive and leave your home.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY PET REQUIRES A VET?
First, we will contact you immediately. If you are unavailable and your pet needs immediate care, we will take them to your preferred emergency vet. *The travel fee is $25/half hour.
HOW DO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO OUR HOME WHILE WE ARE AWAY?
At our first consultation we will ask for (two) keys: one for back-up and the second for the sitter on duty. All keys are given a random number and are otherwise locked up.
CAN I REQUEST A LAST-MINUTE RESERVATION?
We understand life gets busy! So, we will do our best to accommodate last minute reservations; however, 24-48 hours in advance would be most appreciated.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept cash and debit/credit cards. For your convenience, we will keep your choice of debit/credit card on file.
